This freshly-decorated condo is  updated and painted annually: pride of ownership is evident in the finishes, furnishings and extras you’ll find when you arrive. It is professionally maintained and cleaned by Sky Blue, LLC.

The Blue Dolphin is an exclusive, small density beachfront building with only 10 units.

Because our building is so small, our private beach is never crowded, and there are no elevator waits -- you’ll have lots of room to relax & enjoy your time with your toes in the natural white sand.

As a service for our guests, your stay includes a free reservation for two beach lounges and one umbrella set up each day on the beach just for you. If you should happen to need more than 2 chairs just let the beach attendant know and he'll provide those extra chairs for your group at a low additional cost. (If you want to set up your own additional seating, the unit has free, high-quality, lightweight folding beach chairs and shelters for your use.)

The condo itself is spacious and laid out with an open living area, dining area and kitchen surrounded by windows on two sides with incredible beach and Gulf views. Each of the two bedrooms features a custom king-sized bed with luxury linens. A single bunk in the hallway provides a fun sleeping spot (with its own TV) for a child to have his/her own “space”. There are two full en-suite bathrooms (one with a tub/shower combination and one with a dual-head shower).

Free high-speed Cox Panorama 1GB WiFi, unlimited digital cable TV with sports channels, and unlimited nationwide telephone service, four HD Smart TVs (living areas and each bedroom) are all provided.

Directly accessible from the living area is a balcony overlooking the pool, beach and Gulf. Imagine yourself relaxing on the balcony and enjoying the view, the sound of the waves and watching for the playful dolphins swimming by most mornings and afternoons.

Your stay will include special luxury amenities:

• A complimentary, completely free, 4-hour cruise on a 50-foot sportfisherman in the Gulf of Mexico or Santa Rosa Sound (conditions permitting), April 1 to October 1. Cruise will include snacks and beverages. Guests with Florida fishing licenses (available for days or a week on line) may fish during this cruise (or if schedules permit, watching a Blue Angeles practice from Pensacola Bay).

• Major discounts for boat/jet ski rentals, charter fishing, and select Destin/Fort Walton Beach restaurants (details of which will be provided to confirmed guests)

• Six high-quality St. Croix saltwater fishing rods, Penn spinning reels, private spot maps, and tackle to use during your stay.

Starbucks  is just 500 feet away at the Marriott Courtyard Bistro -- which serves breakfast, dinner, and evening drinks. Within 1000 feet, Stewby's Fish Shanty and Store offers fresh local seafood.

• COVID-19: Guest and community safety is our prime job. Unit is cleaned, protected, and inspected to National Business Aviation Association Executive Aircraft standards before and after each guest by a certified crew from SkyBlue LLC. (Process details available by request).
• This preparation requires additional cleaning time and cost. Unit disinfection/cleaning cost is now $188, including masks, hand sanitizers, and replacement of HVAC ultra-filter weekly. Central air system has Carrier Ultra-Violet Filtration System.

Condo is on the 28-mile long natural sugar-white sand beach of Okaloosa Island - a barrier island separated from the mainland by Santa Rosa Sound and part of the Gulf and Islands National Seashore (https://www.nps.gov/guis/index.htm).

If the beach is what you want, you'll never have to leave Blue Dolphin except to sit or walk on the beach; Publix, Whole Foods, liquor stores have free delivery; 100's of restaurants will deliver to your door.

Within a ten-mile radius of this beach and wildlife paradise, are hundreds of restaurants, water sports, fishing, shopping , and entertainment venues. If you don't feel like driving, an Uber/Lyft driver is seldom more than 10 minutes away.

Apart from food, drinking, entertainment, water parks, the Gulf, bay, and Crab Island activities, you'll be only eight miles away from the free US Air Force Weapons Museum (where you can walk up to and touch just about every aircraft flown by the Air Force since World War II).

A 50-minute drive will take you to the National Naval Aviation Museum (one of the world's largest and also free) or on most Tuesdays and Wednesdays watch the Blue Angels practice up close and personal.
